These terms apply when you use BarkLog. They are written to be read.

BarkLog is a journal, not a vet

BarkLog is a care journal. It is not veterinary care. It does not diagnose, prescribe or give doses.

In an emergency, contact a vet or your local emergency animal service.

What's free

Your first dog's journal stays free, without an account.

Premium

BarkLog Premium costs, in US dollars:

The store shows your local price at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. They are billed through Apple or Google, and are cancelled and refunded under that store's rules: Google Play, App Store.

Using BarkLog

Please use BarkLog for keeping care records and for its other intended purposes. Don't misuse it, interfere with its services, try to get around Premium, or use BarkLog AI to do anything unlawful or harmful.

BarkLog AI

BarkLog AI needs Premium, sign-in and your consent. It gives general care information, and its answers can be wrong. It needs a connection, and we may change, limit or pause it. Your journal keeps working when it isn't available.

Your records are your responsibility

Your journal stays on your phone, with no cloud backup. If the app is uninstalled, its data is cleared or the phone is lost, your records cannot be recovered by us. Export a copy if you want one.

Limit of liability

BarkLog is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or harm that comes from relying on BarkLog or BarkLog AI instead of a vet, or from lost records. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in Dubai.
