Medication plans and every dose
A plan holds the name, amount and schedule, as you enter them. Marking a dose as given saves it and adds it to the Timeline. Each dose remembers the amount at that moment, so the history stays correct if the plan changes later. A finished plan moves to the archive and keeps its history.
Vaccination records
Save the vaccine and the date, with an optional provider, due date and notes. It's all there for vet visits and boarding.
Reminders only if you ask
The care calendar holds refills, preventives, grooming, vaccinations and vet visits, once or repeating daily, weekly or monthly. BarkLog asks for notification permission only when you turn a reminder on, and the task still saves if you say no.
In the vet report
Include medications and vaccinations in the report when you choose to. It also points out saved medications with no dose marked as given, so a gap is easy to spot. Reading it on your phone is free, and PDF and CSV exports come with Premium.

Never. A plan holds the name, amount and schedule you enter. Questions about what to give, and how much, belong with your vet.
Are medication reminders free?
Yes. The care calendar and reminders are part of the free plan, and a reminder only exists if you turn it on.
Is my dog's vaccination history saved anywhere else?
No. Health records are saved on your phone, and go into a report only when you choose to include them.
