Delete your account
This page is for BarkLog, the dog care journal app by Draco Arts. Your journal is never on our servers. If you never signed in, just delete the app.
In the app
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your sign-in account and your BarkLog AI conversations on that phone.
If you used BarkLog AI
Deleting your account in the app does not erase what BarkLog's AI server holds. To erase it, email support@dracoarts.com from your account's email address, with the subject Erase my BarkLog AI data. We erase your questions, answers, saved memories, usage counts and logs, and reply within 30 days.
Without the app
You don't need BarkLog installed. Email support@dracoarts.com from your account's email address, with the subject Delete my BarkLog account. We delete your sign-in account and your BarkLog AI data, and reply within 30 days.
What may be kept
Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their own policies. We can't delete those for you.
What stays on your phone
Deleting your account does not remove the journal on your phone. To remove it, use Settings → Delete all local data, or uninstall the app. We cannot recover a deleted journal.
Your subscription keeps going until you cancel it
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store account:
